They lie about pricing over the phone. Was quoted $300 all in for a tire dismount / mount. I had my own spare. Finished the job and it came out to $424. Was told the $124 was for tolls & taxes. Straight BS. I told him I’d remove my spare tire, and he insisted he would do it & for me to just stay in the truck. I get to my delivery 40 miles later and see my chain had been dragging on the ground and he stole my chain quick link. Never doing business again

“Excellent road service! They arrived quickly, diagnosed the air leak on my semi truck, and repaired it efficiently. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and got me back on the road with minimal downtime. Fair pricing and great customer service. I highly recommend them for any roadside truck repairs.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Previous review from Martin is correct!! They are scammers and road pirates! They told us $450 for a tire and $100 per hour being 15 minutes away. The hostile roadside mechanic put the tire on and demanded $1043.30 with explanation it s a 3 hour job even he did arrived and changed it in less than 45 minutes. When we questioned the charge he said he ll take the tire off if we don’t pay and that the time is ticking and he ll charge even more. What’s the tragedy is that we used them before and they never charged us like this so they have changed drastically and everybody should avoid them!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!

Randy and Ed are great to work with. Randy answered very sleepy in the middle of the night, got right to work and got Ed to my truck's location within an hour of our call. Ed was professional and explained in detail the situation at hand and offered options for best way to resolve. We got the driver off the side of the road to a safe location. The next morning Randy worked to help me locate parts and get my truck back running ASAP! The price was very fair and exactly as discussed on the first phone call. Randy offered my multiple ways to pay unlike some roadside companies that will only accept Zelle and nothing else. This is who I will call for any issues my trucks have in the local Baltimore area. - Mike V. Fleet Manager
